1.     If this is the first account you're setting up on the iPhone or the iPod Touch, tap Mail. Otherwise, from the Home screen tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account.

2.     Tap Other.

3.     Tap Add Mail Account

4.     Enter:

o    Your Name

o    Enter your full E-mail Address. Example: info@example.com

o    Your E-mail Password

o    A description.

5.     Tap Save and wait for a moment

6.     Tap POP or IMAP so it is highlighted. Please note that when you use POP, emails might be deleted from server after iPhone downloaded them. To keep emails on server, please set go to settings->mail->choose the account you want->advanced->delete from server->never

7.     Enter:

o    Incoming Mail Server as mail.example.com, replacing example.com with the domain of your hosting account.

o    Your full E-mail Address. Example: info@example.com for User Name

o    Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) as mail.example.com, replacing example.comwith the domain of your hosting account.

o    Your full E-mail Address. Example: info@example.com for User Name

o    Your E-mail Password

8.     Tap Save.

9.     A warning 'Secure Connection Failed' will appear. Tap continue.

10.  Tap your email account.

11.  Scroll down and tap Advanced.

12.  Set use SSL to OFF. (very important)

13.  Tap the top left arrow to go back.

14.  Tap SMTP.

15.  Tap your Primary Server.

16.  Set use SSL to OFF. (very important)

17.  Make sure Authetication is set to Password

18.  Tap Server Port and enter 25. (if you are accessing from Malaysia ISP, please use port 2525 (if Axon Windows Server) --  lease 587 (if Axon Linux server) instead)
